Jet creates features. Red sea gem and turquoise are accents. Daniel Chattin is a talented Zuni Pueblo carver who began his career as a self-taught artisan in 1995. Although he carves whatever creature emerges from the stone, he is partial to corn maidens because of their importance in Zuni legend and culture.

Daniel’s partner is Jovanna Poblana, the daughter of Veronica Poblano and granddaughter of Leo Poblano. In such rich artistic environment, it’s not surprising that Daniel Chattin is a rising star in Zuni fetish.
