Arctic Inuit Vintage Sculpture, Joe Arragutingan, eagle in greenish soapstone. ca. 1957, Joe Arragutingan is a Canadian certified indigenous artist from Belcher Island, the north central area of Canada. This eagle sculpture stands 9"high x 5 1/2"wide x 2 1/2"deep. We acquired it in 1985 through the Alaska Shop, a Chicago gallery of arctic art that appears to now be defunct. W158
